Salt

Himalayan salt

Himalayan salt arose by crystallisation of the seawater in Himalayan area. It occurs in depth, protected from any industrial or natural pollution. It is manually mined, polished and it is left to dry out on sunshine. Afterwards it is divided according to colour and type of the crystals. Himalayan salt may attain many kinds of colours, such as white, pink and black, depending on the volume of the mineral substances. The most famous one is the pink Himalayan salt. It is suitable either for your kitchen or bath.

Salt contains more than 80 important elements essential for our health. The base is naturally NaCl followed by magnesium, calcium, phosphor, zinc, iodine and others. Many precious minerals lack in regular kitchen salt. Black Himalayan salt is loved by vegans because of its mild eggy taste. The white one is just as rich in minerals, however, it contains less iron. It lacks colour and it has a potential to add a unique taste to any dish. We consider it an ideal alternative to regular table salt. We can provide you with two kinds of salt- thick and mild one. Which one do you prefer?
